Sorry, I took so long to give input of the service I received. Working with Brent Saxe has renewed my faith in the system of respect. honesty, caring and professionalism. My most recent experience with one of the largest banks in the nation was a nightmare.They stalled with the same question over and over regarding my pension. My well known financial Investment company submitted to them guarantee letters and financial statements which did not satisfy this big commercial bank. This bank had my savings and two checking accounts for over 20 years coupled with my excellent credit ratings It took six months of application processing that resulted in no refinancing due to “lack of required document”.
I saw the commercial of Rocket Mortgage coupled with an endorsement from a friend regarding refinancing so I decided to give Rocket Mortgage a chance. It was the best decision I made. I spoke to Brent, who put me at ease and gave me the feeling that he cares. The process was easy, encouraging and unstressful. In less than a month I closed with no obstacles.
