Michael helped us with the original mortgage and then reached back out to us when the rates dropped and we did a refinance. He answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We even had to delay our decision for a while due to an illness and Michael was very patient and never once pressured us to get anything done.
