The house we are presently in, we were buying on contract and rolled it into a permanent mortgage in December, 2016....it took us 5 months to finally close on December 31. It was a nightmare!!! We knew we had equity and wanted to do a refinance so that we could do some updating. I was very hesitant to even go in that direction again, but I took a chance and contacted Rocket Mortgage on-line and...The house we are presently in, we were buying on contract and rolled it into a permanent mortgage in December, 2016....it took us 5 months to finally close on December 31. It was a nightmare!!! We knew we had equity and wanted to do a refinance so that we could do some updating. I was very hesitant to even go in that direction again, but I took a chance and contacted Rocket Mortgage on-line and received a call from Brent in about 10 min. This was this past summer and it took us about 45 days to close. It was the BEST call I ever made. Brent is an absolute joy to work with and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process and the outcome!!! We just recently did a second refinance and were able to switch from an FHA to a Conventional loan and be able to drop our PMI, which saved us $115.00 a month on our mortgage. Again, I worked with Brent and again, it was a joy!!! We closed in about 15 days!!! Brent is helpful, honest and caring!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage or refi. Most importantly for me, was the rapport that Brent and I had during each process...he's extremely easy to talk to and he just made the whole thing a very positive experience!!! My wife and I are very excited to write a review for Sage because he absolutely knocked it out of the park! We were somewhat overwhelmed when we started the pre-application process because of all the differing advice we'd received regarding which lender to use. We'd been told that using a 'large lender' who's not local can be detrimental to the process because they wouldn't be able to quickly ...My wife and I are very excited to write a review for Sage because he absolutely knocked it out of the park! We'd been told that using a 'large lender' who's not local can be detrimental to the process because they wouldn't be able to quickly respond to realtors' inquiries. I'm happy to say that advice couldn't have been further from the truth!! Sage was immediate to respond to every question or concern we had and he stayed in constant contact with our realtor so no details slipped by. He was VERY informative and helpful but not too much...he didn't try to push any additional products/or services our way he just made sure we were set up for success in purchasing our home! We even had to go through the process twice due to our first attempted purchase not working out and he didn't miss a beat! Thank you Sage, your assistance in helping us close the deal on our home is tremendously appreciated!!
