I had no Idea what I was getting into when I first filled out my loan application online, but Marcus responded quickly and was there along the journey making sure I was on top of everything so that we could get this done ASAP. The communication was great and I never felt out of the loop on what was going on. We ended up closing on our home in less than a month and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received.
