when we started looking for a refi, Rocket Mortgage was the second option we looked at, when we started talking with Megan Hubasta, she was amazing, she walked use through all the paperwork as well as the rest of the process. We never imagined how easy re-financining would be, thanks in large part to Megan's efforts. We never imagined how easy re-financining would be, thanks in large part to Megan's efforts. The first night we started with the application was a Friday, I was missing some information needed to complete the paperwork, I was willing to wait until Monday to get the remaining information at work, Megan's experience ask the right questions prompting me to get the information from my employers employee access center, download the information and get it to her that night enabling us to get the process going right away, more importantly doing so without being pushy but, rather politely suggestive and very professional. Tyler knowledge of his job was just fantastic. I'm not a computer wiz alot of the things he need where very difficult for him to obtain from me he was very kind about this and always stay positive. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him. He was just an amazing person to have working for me so my dream of owning a home would come true. I have REFINANCE with BROCK atleast 3x's or more and each and everytime, we have been very satisfied. If eveyone had a LOAN OFFICE like BROCK, no one would ever feel frustrated, by obtaining a mortgage. He was very clear with us on what he would do for us, whenever we had questions, especially with the charges on the CD, he would always call us back within 10 minutes to the most of emailing him or...I have REFINANCE with BROCK atleast 3x's or more and each and everytime, we have been very satisfied.
