I couldn't believe how easy it was to apply for a loan! I just bought a beautiful new townhouse! I actually applied in the comfort of my living room. The web-site was so user friendly and everyone followed up with questions I had. I never met anyone in person with Rocket Mortgage; which saved me time and did not have to leave office to meet with anyone. Bill was very easy to work with and would get back in touch whenever we had any questions/concerns as to how the process was going. If he didn't have the answer himself he would reach out to the correct party to get us the required info. Made the process as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend Bill's services to my family and friends.
