I enjoyed working with Duy answered every question & if he didn’t know the answer would get back to me with one. The entire process was easy and their app very user friendly.

Chris Smith created a very positive refinance experience, with a great introduction to the Rocket Mortgage team and services. Through each offer Dan was there to answer my questions and give me all my options when it came to purchasing our home. She was amazing and very friendly. She explained everything in full detail and answered all my questions and concerns. Couldn't ask for a better banker. I had spoken with many bankers on my refinance and she was the most helpful and knowledgable.

As a first time home buyer, it was refreshing to work with someone who was not only honest but also interested in making sure I was well informed and completely understanding of all my options. He was friendly, courteous, and prompt. I would highly recommend him and his services.
