I was a lifelong apartment dweller and first time homebuyer whom felt like I was being led to the slaughter by the myriad of people and costs associated with purchasing a home. From agents to attorneys, inspectors, title companies, escrow companies etc., I felt like a bull in a ring being stuck by a thousand pokers. I felt like everyone including Chris was out to get me, but after he answered all my questions, my mind and emotions were at ease. He made me feel like a friend and not a number or bank book. He stuck with me for over a year while the bank played all kinds of games. I truly appreciate all the work he did and his personal coaching which was not part of his job. Every time I called frustrated, he was there to calm my fears and insecurities. He even made himself available while on vacation when I needed an updated approval letter!
