When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage, I spoke with Kent Wentzel. That was a number of years ago and he hasn't changed a bit. He is just as nice and helpful the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time we have dealt with Rocket Mortgage as he was the first time. Maybe a little more since we have grown to know him over the years.
