Scott is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I can't believe how quickly things moved with the refinance. Amazing happens when you combine world-class people with world-class technology!!! I could not be any happier with the service that I received during this process. Lastly, the level of service continues once the loan closes.

Sincerely,
Jorge Colon

Brian went above & beyond what we expected, even when our loan status moved on to other departments. He is VERY sincere, caring, & understanding. He even accommodated a last-minute change so we could take a little more cash out of our equity to replace a dying car! Love this guy!

My husband and I wanted to refinance our current mortgage. We gave Rocket Mortgage a call. There we met Cass who had explained the whole process to us. He was very courteous as well as knowledgeable. From start to finish was very smooth. We closed less than a month. Thank you Cass and everybody at Rocket Mortgage for being awesome in helping us with refinancing our loan. Chris did an outstanding job keeping me informed and helping to get the loan approved. It took longer than expected because of problems since the loan was for a condo that my son lives in at college and the building is full of college students that are renting, but Chris stuck with it and found a solution.

My wife and I recently refinanced our home with Rocket Mortgage. The process went smoothly throughout. Joe was always available for any questions we had and proved very knowledgeable for each one. We will recommend Joe Wright to our family, friends and co-workers.
