Had a seamless experience with Ryan. He answered all questions in an easy to understand way and used analogies and personal anecdotes to help clarify things when I didn't understand something. He helped us navigate a job change without it setting us back on our goals and was awesome about updating our pre-approval letter whenever necessary.

Things changed during the process because of the appraisal. I’m the end I got what I requested, but he did not breed confidence.

Overall he did a great job. When on the phone with clients. Never sue maybe. I don’t know. I’m not sure. Always say I will find out. It just sounds confident.
