Sarah was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. She held my hand, helped destress me when needed and I knew I could trust her. She is clearly a valued employee and I found her to be top notch. I am grateful for her and the way she was able to handle this process with my loan was amazing.

Paul was great to work with and made sure someone covered him when he was not available to speak with. The transaction went smoothly! I would recommend him to other buyers.

Skyler always responded quickly to our messages/questions. We were never made to feel as if we were bothering him. (unlike our previous mortgage point of contact with Bank of America)

Damon Smith was excellent on my refinancing process. He was quick to answer my concerns and made the already-easy-process by Rocket Mortgage even easier and very assuring. It was executed smoothly and completed without hurdles, frustrations or disappointments. Both the process and outcomes were superb!
