He was able to not only cash-out refi one of my properties, he was able to refi my current property with a better rate and shorter term. we really do appreciate your excellent help on refinancing our home mortgage, we got a very better deal as far as the interest rate and closing cost from the other mortgage companies, your help on expediting the process and specially the help to my wife when I was out of reach is appreciated very much. one thing that was very important and completely different from the experience with several other loan officers from the competitors was, that what ever that you told us about the loan offers and details was exactly what was in papers and final documents, no changes, no fouls information, very honest loan officer.
