James is nothing short of a hero. I and my family were looking for a home to buy, James made it super easy to get the pre-approval done, within minutes we had the opportunity to start looking for our home. Once we made the offer, James was quick to convince the sellers agent that Rocket Mortgage could move fast enough to close on a very tight deadline, I think him being able to convince the seller...James is nothing short of a hero. I and my family were looking for a home to buy, James made it super easy to get the pre-approval done, within minutes we had the opportunity to start looking for our home. Once we made the offer, James was quick to convince the sellers agent that Rocket Mortgage could move fast enough to close on a very tight deadline, I think him being able to convince the seller that we were good on getting a loan was critical to our offer getting accepted.
Once the offer was made, James was able to understand that as first time home buyers we would be strapped for cash if we made 20% down, and worked with us to get loan at same rate for lesser down payment.
I think that James and his team have been very diligent in handling our loan, they have been proactive trying to figure out potential pitfalls and remedy them, but more than being professional I appreciate them being able to understand human side of things and genuine willingness to help their customers get the home that they want.Read MoreRead Less
