In a way that was neither pushy nor sales-driven—just genuinely friendly and informative—she mentioned that she was a mortgage officer and encouraged us to reach out if we ever wanted a second opinion or needed a mortgage broker in the future. We exchanged information and agreed we would connect when the time was right.

Several months later, that time finally came. When we reached out to Tela for our pre-approval, she immediately demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. She guided us through the process with ease, clearly explained who would be contacting us and why (including underwriting), and ensured we had all required documentation prepared upfront so there were no surprises or delays.

We were also working under a very tight timeline, needing to coordinate the sale of our Florida home with the purchase of our new home in Atlanta—and potentially secure interim housing in between. Tela worked diligently to minimize that gap and helped us close as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We are extremely pleased with Tela’s professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail.
