I'm so glad we had Ayana as part of our SAFE Training. To be honest, I wasn't to sure about Ayanah at first, she was very direct... but I quickly realized how important that was. She really knows her stuff and broke down concepts to us so well that I'll retain this info forever. She was very supportive and be real with you. Just trust in her process and you will succeed.

I loved Ayana because she reminded me of my sister so much. She strong, strict, helpful, and always keep it 100. She keeps everyone grounded, and doesn't have a problem with expressing your impending failure unless you get it together. I appreciate people like her a lot, if the world have more people like Ayana, we would be a well organized down to earth people. Keep up the good work !

Ayana was the not mean in any way, but was very stern with all the information she provided. If you've heard the phrase "keepin it real," that was her; gotta love her for it. She makes it clear you're working and training for a reason, and you're getting paid to do so. She keeps everybody in check as well as holds them accountable. Ayana was a big part in why I have been successful because she holds everyone in her class accountable. The way she did it was to foreshadow how it will be on the banking floor. Whenever I asked her a question she answered it and gave a great explanation and I think that's why more of the material stuck with me longer. I am blessed to have had her as a first trainer.
