Tough to really put into words how dedicated Casey is to this job and this company. In any training setting but especially at Rocket Mortgage ( and especially in a WFH context ) it is extremely important to create a level of "buy-in" with new hires. To be honest I don't think I was fully sold or committed until I had Casey for my last two weeks of SAFE. She does everything in her power to make he students successful and will go above and beyond including making individualized resources, coming in early, staying late, and so much more. She I a great trainer to have for Safe training and I highly recommend her.
