Elliot was always caring about making the class entertaining. I had some difficulties in the class as English is not my first language, but Elliot made sure that I read specific parts of the lectures so I can understand the material in a better way. Really enjoyed his teaching methods!

4 weeks ago I knew nothing in regards to the mortgage world.... I can now read the entire book from beginning to end without looking at it. This was all due to Elliot engaging so well with his students and caring greatly about their improvement each day. Not only did Elliot push us everyday.. he consistently set up individual meetings to go over our areas of improvement. On exams, I would remember...4 weeks ago I knew nothing in regards to the mortgage world.... I can now read the entire book from beginning to end without looking at it. Amazing teacher, he taught the class very well and all the material was "clear and conspicuous." Any questions you have, E-money will have an answer for you. For example, he taught us about Lending = Credit = Finance. We literally did a dance going in circle saying " lending is credit, credit is lending, lending is finance". Elliot was an awesome trainer. He knew the material inside and out and was able to answer all of the random "what if" questions from other team members. Everything he says and how he says it is for a reason. He can ask you the same question different ways so you can lead yourself to the correct answer. Elliot is the best teacher hands down. He wrote the SAFE book! He really knows all the material inside and out. He explains things that are important multiple times, and reiterates subjects and concepts that he knows we would need to really know. Elliot is by far one of the best teachers I have EVER had throughout my learning career. He explains things so you understand it, and if you do not understand it the first time, he will re word it so you do. You can tell he cares about what he teaches and that itself goes a long way.
