If Elliot can manage making federal law seem fun/interesting, I'm not sure what he can't accomplish. I really felt lucky to be in class with the person who wrote the book. Honestly Elliot is one of the best teachers I've ever had, he always kept the class on pace and made himself available at all times for questions. Elliot is a very effective instructor. No one knows more about this information than he does, the dude literally "wrote the book" on mortgage knowledge and regulations. He holds everyone in the class to a high standard and he gives everyone the tools necessary to meet and exceed that standard. Fits very well with my learning style.

Growing up in the same little city of Milford, E$ and I automatically bonded. He was an amazing trainer & I was able to learn from him very well. I mean, he did write the book. The material wasn't easy to grasp, but even still, Elliot and Danny were able it comprehensible & I ended up passing the SAFE with an 89%... What can I say about E-Money that hasn't already been said about guys like Michael Jordan and stuff. Guy is absolutely top notch. If I could give 8 stars, I'd do it. It's always a good feeling to learn from somebody who so thoroughly knows the subject he's teaching. I don't know how to type a thumbs up, but I would if I did.
