JoAnna is super energetic and you can hear the passion when she trains. She helps us new bankers by being easily relatable and fun. She's very in depth as well. She takes the time to answer literally everyone's questions. I was amazed after the 7,000th question she was still willing to and knew every answer to all the questions.
