JoAnna was not only a spectacular trainer but also an outstanding individual. She made the material extremely fun and tied it to real-life examples in a very effective way. Anytime someone had a question, she would be there to answer. She has a great personality and a great sense of humor! She's always full of energy and very caring toward others. I was extremely grateful to have her as a mentor!
