She is very nice and great at explaining the basics of the mortgage industry. It was super helpful when 20 hour came around and I already had the basics down. My only recommendation is to keep a positive attitude and don't be afraid to be a little more assertive when running the class! Kelly did very well with the training process. she is super friendly and very understanding! if anyone was struggling she would make sure to pin-point exactly what we needed to work on for the SAFE test. I feel much more confident with the material she saw I needed more work on because she came up with great strategies!
