Mat with one T is flat out awesome! He's extremely helpful in numerous different aspects of training! Every time I've had a question for him, if he didn't know the answer to it, he will always help me figure it out! Mat's honesty and open minded training process make him very relatable. He was a very entertaining trainer and could answer the vast majority of our questions off the top of his head.
