Kassa is someone that is going to help you get out of your comfort zone, he is going to make you say stuff that will leave you scratching your head wondering "how did that actually work", its pretty amazing. Awesome Banker Training Coach.
Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Each morning, he walks around and greets each team member individually and gives everyone words of encouragement. He's very understanding when we "fumble" and let's us know that "mistakes happen" and shows us how to prevent from making the same mistakes next time.
I've really enjoyed working with him.
