Its clear to see how and why he succeeds in his new executive training role. He grasps attention and solicits group involvement that is unparalleled. He is one of the best educators that I have had in my professional career.

SAFE could have easily been overwhelming, stressful and over all a poor experience but Matty P made it sincerely one of the best experiences I could've asked for. He was thorough in his explanations, he made sure to put the information into context for us and he never shyed away from taking the extra time to answer any/all of my questions. Matty P is an amazing trainer. He genuinely cares about the success of his bankers and it shows in the way he trains. When you're in SAFE with him time flies by because he keeps you engaged and makes the information fun to learn. He definitely deserved his recent promotion.
