Matty was fantastic. He always found a way to provide information in bizarre ways that I thought would never help, only to later realize that the words he said (or songs?) were burned into my brain. He knew how to be friendly and fun when appropriate, but strict with us when we needed it. Matty made it VERY clear when he needed us to remember things (which was often and gave me a blister on my ...Matty was fantastic. He always found a way to provide information in bizarre ways that I thought would never help, only to later realize that the words he said (or songs?) were burned into my brain. He knew how to be friendly and fun when appropriate, but strict with us when we needed it. Matty made it VERY clear when he needed us to remember things (which was often and gave me a blister on my hand, but that's my own problem). Definitely made me realize that I'm not bad at learning and I'm not bad at taking tests, I've just never or quite rarely encountered an instructor of any kind that cared this much and knew exactly how to teach to a group of diverse learners.
