Matty P is undeniably the best trainer/ professor/ teacher I've ever had in my educational career of any sort. It was such a blast learning from him, he kept me laughing throughout our training journey and because of that my memory on laws, ethics and everything else was SOLID. Matty keeps things, fun exciting and entertaining in subject matter that would probably put people to sleep, but he absolutely kills it by keeping you on your toes all the time with the material ! Matty is awesome! He finds a way to make everything he says so engaging and you can tell that he's genuinely into what he does. To be honest, he was probably the pivoting point to my doubtful mindset. it wasn't until 20 hour that things really started to break down and make sense and his constant energy made me want to match his positivity and keep going. Keep going Matty!

Honestly.. Id give this Guy 6-Stars if I could. Matty made learning about the mortgage industry extremely easy to remember by making the concepts so relatable. From the songs about Federal Law and Regulations to the to the enunciation of acronyms that actually made me remember their definitions. I'm even working on getting on someone's title ;)

I have held multiple positions with Rocket Mortgage and this is my 3rd training. After the last 4 weeks I feel it would benefit the FOC for other trainers in different business areas to shadow Matty or listen to clips of him at work because there is literally nothing I feel he could have done better. This is his thing and he completely owns it, every day, every hour.
