Sarah aka Zoom SAFE 9 was an awesome instructor, even if she didn't mention that she was a teacher in a past career you can definitely tell. You get that favorite high school teacher vibe from her. Along with a plethora of supplementary sources for information she gave plenty of studying tips and test taking tips. During training sessions she made a point that everyone was involved.
