Deeply honest, vulnerable, kind, yet strong, he easily led our class discussions into a safe and focused environment. I really appreciated the way Steele was able to edit classroom commentary to keep us on track and moving forward at a quick pace, being able to direct non-essential questions and commentary "off-line."(to be dealt with one-on-one, at a later time) This was really helpful for our class section because it allowed the stream of knowledge to continue to its destination without engaging in useless hypotheticals. I also am deeply appreciative of his willingness to share with our class some of the significant challenges he has overcome which have led him to the success he now enjoys; someone who is truly strong doesn't need to carry armor, or to always be selling their own perfection. He held us accountable on knowing the mortgage loan process and demonstrated strong knowledge on the trip the loan takes throughout the entire process.
