Steele is by far the best trainer along with Matty P! His sense of humor makes it all easy and takes all nerves away. He is friendly and fun while still keeping it professional and a learning experience. I was always stressed and nervous about tests and remembering things, but his acronyms and test taking skills about taking breaks and just staying calm really proved to be helpful! The first day of SAFE training I was very worried and concerned about learning the material so quickly but after the first week I had learned more then thought possible due to his ability to break it down. Steele is an amazing trainer and has a real knack for teaching and keeping us out of rabbit holes. He definitely made a huge difference in my Rocket Mortgage career!
