Let me first begin with a brief educational history of mine. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wayne State University, taken plenty of other courses in different institutions, and dropped out of my master's program at Ball State University to join Rocket Mortgage. All my courses were health related and had no knowledge or experience in mortgages. NONE. I'll be honest, I had no idea what a mortgage really was, let alone knew anything about the process of even buying a home. I was not confident jumping into something that I was not familiar with. However, thanks to Steele, I am amazed at what I know today. This man changed my entire confidence and understanding of mortgages, Which brings me back to why I mentioned my education history. Steele was the BEST instructor/team leader/teacher/role model I have ever learned from! I learned a new favorite quote he had shared in class, which was "Diamonds are made through pressure, and to become a diamond, One must experience that pressure." His positive energy integrated with his style of teaching is beyond anything I have ever experienced in an educational standpoint. I am forever thankful and grateful not only in joining Rocket Mortgage, but most importantly being part of Steele's team. He is the reason for my life beginning a new journey in this amazing career.
