Stephen is definitely one of the best instructors I have ever had, the first week of training I was a little slow to catch on to thing while dealing with a death in the family. Stephen was a great trainer, I feel prepared to take the SAFE Exam tomorrow. He kept the class involved and always made sure we were on topic. Everything was explained thoroughly and If you didn't understand he would make sure you did by the end of the class. Thank you for everything you do!

A very intense and caring trainer, he will push you to learn and will take time to break things down if you don't understand them after hearing it once. He has a method of training that will push you, but it works. Excellent trainer that actually cares about you as a person. He believes in the process and the people.
