Tiffany is a consummate, professional trainer who expects the best out of the bankers she trains. She can be tough, but it's a sort of tough love that you need when she sees that there are areas you struggle with. Her energy in infectious and she is powerful. I highly recommend!

The course was absolutely incredible! I would have loved to play a game similar to "Mafia," yet the mortgage way, where there was maybe a group of 4 in each group and we represented the parties necessary to attend the closing and brought the mock docs/disclosures necessary to complete a full mortgage loan process. So in mafia, there's a doctor, detective, townspeople and the mafia. In a "mortgage ...The course was absolutely incredible! So in mafia, there's a doctor, detective, townspeople and the mafia. In a "mortgage mafia" game scenario, there could be a buyer, mlo, closing agent, seller and maybe some other third parties as interchangeable variables. Each person would act as such role given and would need to list what docs they needed to disclose for each stage of the mortgage loan process. Just a thought! Tiffany is the best of the best. She cares so much about each team member and always knows what to say when it comes to inspiring the team. Our class took flight the second we started having Tiffany teach us 5 days a week. Coincidence? I dont think so

In the beginning I had a trouble connecting all the information I was downloading from my training. Tiffany helped me visual the process and understand how each piece plays its role to make a whole. She challenged us to find the answers on our own and empowered us to feel confident leading up to SAFE. She brought energy every day and made learning so much fun.
