Sarah the "teacher" was just that, a great instructor. She used her expertise in education to help get us back into "student mode", which for some of us, was long ago. Sarah aka Zoom SAFE 9 was an awesome instructor, even if she didn't mention that she was a teacher in a past career you can definitely tell. You get that favorite high school teacher vibe from her. Along with a plethora of supplementary sources for information she gave plenty of studying tips and test taking tips. During training sessions she made a point that everyone was involved.

Mitch was great!! He is a straight shooter who tells it like it is. He was especially good at getting us to take notice of important topics by using things like voice inflection and just simply repeating it multiple times very loudly. I could go on but I'm running out of time. Thanks for your support during this stressful process.

I cant think of anyone more qualified to teach SAFE than Mitch, he always brought a lot of energy to every training session. He was very clear and concise in all of his explanations. Along with the other instructors Mitch made learning the material fun and easy to digest.
