Mitch is great at explaining concepts with enthusiasm. In the time of COVID, it can be difficult to keep everyone engaged in a virtual classroom setting, but Mitch always showed up with a great, contagious attitude that kept me engaged with the material and with my fellow trainees.

Providing context to things during training is a major thing and he was willing to share about his personal experiances when it came to purchasing a home to help connect some dots with things we were discussing in class.
