Megan was extremely helpful to everyone and if the answer wasn't immediately available she followed up on finding it and getting back to you with a response. She was very open to ideas on how to make the training experience better for what anyone may have wanted and actually implemented them into the day-to-day which was incredibly refreshing. Julie has been an Asset to the Banker Training Team! Always willing to find the inches wherever that may be, she found some with me and I was able to get over my "hump" on some of the topics that I was having an issue with. Julie has shown that she will Start Early, go Late to help anyone that simply ask's! I am Glad that I have met and been taught by the BEST that Rocket Mortgage has to offer, ...Julie has been an Asset to the Banker Training Team! Ian Maye is Very Knowledgeable and was very willing to share this with myself and the entire class, He made you think and use your Banker training to the highest level, I feel Very Confident with the last four weeks of training with Ian that I am prepared to move on to with my Career with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage, Thank you Ian, you do not know how much I really mean that!

Patrick held you accountable and involved during the whole training, working from home has it's challenges and he made it engaging and kept us all on our toes! The music was pretty good too!!
