Megan was extremely helpful to everyone and if the answer wasn't immediately available she followed up on finding it and getting back to you with a response. She was very open to ideas on how to make the training experience better for what anyone may have wanted and actually implemented them into the day-to-day which was incredibly refreshing. Julie has been an Asset to the Banker Training Team! Always willing to find the inches wherever that may be, she found some with me and I was able to get over my "hump" on some of the topics that I was having an issue with. Julie has shown that she will Start Early, go Late to help anyone that simply ask's!
