Shawn is AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEE!! He works very hard and went above and beyond to help me understand and retain the material. He has great teaching skills and a nice sense of humor that keeps the class engaged. He would follow up to check how I was doing during training and offer suggestions for improvement! Great understanding of how to get the class engaged, as well as execution of that knowledge. He would tee up conversations and then perfectly segue into a SAFE topic that would give a backing to the information we were about to be taught, increasing retention.
