Ramon was hard on me at first, but lightened up once I proved my worth to him. He wants only for you to succeed and will push and push for you to get to the point you need to be at. He's very informative with his teaching and will answer any question you throw at him, no matter how ridiculous! I wouldn't have increased my test scores by 20% in a single week without his help!
