Alaina didn’t just give us the facts—she broke down state and national expectations clearly and confidently, making even the driest material feel approachable. She also knew how to lift us up when we felt discouraged, which I personally experienced more than once.

Rachel Brumfield brought an energy and presence to the classroom that made every session engaging and uplifting. With her background in theatre (I’ve even seen her perform live!), it’s no surprise that she was charismatic, expressive, and just genuinely enjoyable to learn from.

I had the pleasure of being trained by Megan Yates as I prepared for the SAFE MLO exam, and I can confidently say she played a key role in helping me succeed. Megan is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but she also brings a level of empathy and kindness to her teaching that truly sets her apart.

Her approach to instruction was clear, structured, and easy to follow—even when covering complex ...I had the pleasure of being trained by Megan Yates as I prepared for the SAFE MLO exam, and I can confidently say she played a key role in helping me succeed. Megan is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but she also brings a level of empathy and kindness to her teaching that truly sets her apart.

One of the funny and endearing things she’d do is sing out “twoooooooo” in a high-pitched, sing-songy voice whenever we had to memorize a list of two items. It never failed to make us laugh—and more importantly, it helped the information stick!

Beyond the humor, what really made a difference was how much she genuinely cared about each and every one of us. She created a supportive environment where we felt encouraged, comfortable asking questions, and motivated to do our best. Megan did an excellent job each and every day during SAFE, she knows the curriculum like the back of her hand! She also has a natural teaching ability, especially on whiteboard trainings.
