Alaina Fisk was absolutely the “mom” of our training group—and I say that with the utmost respect and appreciation. She brought warmth, structure, and an unmistakable sense of care to everything she did. Having just welcomed a baby boy, she somehow still showed up with clarity, consistency, and full attention to each one of us.
Alaina didn’t just give us the facts—she broke down state and national expectations clearly and confidently, making even the driest material feel approachable. She also knew how to lift us up when we felt discouraged, which I personally experienced more than once.
Being close in age, we shared a bunch of “vintage” references (think mixed tapes and AOL emails), which added a fun, personal layer to the experience. Alaina was a steady, supportive force throughout the training, and I’m grateful for her guidance.Read MoreRead Less
