Valdet has a very easy going style in training, making him more relatable. He engages everyone in the room and encourages participation however politely eases off those team members who prefer not to be as active. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Attending a training led by him is a treat.

Valdet is truly amazing at what he does, he takes topics that may not always be the most captivating and makes the engaging. He encourages group discussion on topics and is excellent at steering the conversation down the road it needs to go while being supportive and understanding.
