She clearly wanted everyone on our team to succeed at the very significant challenge we had before us, and warned us of the pitfalls of procrastination among others. Her energy and caring and high standards of accountability for all of us lifted and inspired. Kady went above and beyond as a safe trainer. She was there for us as more then just a coach , but as a friend. She took the time to help with things we were struggling with and always made sure to remind us of our "why."
