I have completed 4 training sessions with Valdet and every time I learn so much on the topics. I have genuinely grown in these areas thank to Valdet. His delivery of the material is clear and thoroughly enjoyable to attend. He is upbeat, funny and the complete opposite of dull. Every training I have attended has left me with the feeling that I cannot wait to sign up for the next one! Valdet has a very easy going style in training, making him more relatable. He engages everyone in the room and encourages participation however politely eases off those team members who prefer not to be as active. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Attending a training led by him is a treat.
