First impression of JoAnna aka JP...big personality, always smiling, super energetic and knows her stuff! 62 bankers in training for 2 weeks. JP kept us on point with a daily schedule which is super hard to do with such a large training class. She was super engaging and wanted to make sure that all questions were answered. There was never a dual moment! JP did a wonderful job with the presentation of all the material that was covered in the classroom setting. She kept us fully engaged and entertained at the same time. I would give her 10 stars but that just wasn't possible with this 1-5 scale. She was and is outstanding!!!
