He is a great embodiment of the culture that our company strives to create and the ISMs we seek to uphold. He consistently arrives early and stays late to help and make himself more accessible to his team which places him among the most distinguished and genuine leaders; he is sincerely invested in the success of his students and the performance of his team. He even takes his high level of creativity and talent and applies it to his role as a trainer: he wrote AND recorded songs to help make the material memorable.
"Leadership is unlocking people's potential to become better" and I'm proud to say Matty helped me reach that potential.
