Honestly.. Id give this Guy 6-Stars if I could. Matty made learning about the mortgage industry extremely easy to remember by making the concepts so relatable. From the songs about Federal Law and Regulations to the to the enunciation of acronyms that actually made me remember their definitions. I'm even working on getting on someone's title ;)

I have held multiple positions with Rocket Mortgage and this is my 3rd training. After the last 4 weeks I feel it would benefit the FOC for other trainers in different business areas to shadow Matty or listen to clips of him at work because there is literally nothing I feel he could have done better. This is his thing and he completely owns it, every day, every hour.

Matty is a great trainer! Everyday he would show up very energetic and positive and it lifted everyones spirits. His use of writing songs on the material was a huge help committing the material to memory! Ok byeeeeeee!

Matty P has been the best Safe Instructor you could ever ask for. He made class enjoyable, engaging, and never left us in a dull moment. He did a very good job at describing everything and making it easier to understand. On top of that all he is a pretty good singer.
