I've now had the pleasure of attending 2 of Valdet's trainings, and I LOVE spending time in the room with him. He always brings a fantastic attitude, a smile, and makes everyone laugh! But beyond that, he truly creates learning moments for everyone who attends, regardless of job title or tenure. You NEED to get Valdet to run a training for your team!

I enjoyed Ian's training strategies. He understood how to help each trainee find the best studying strategy that works best for them. He encourage earlier to find a niche style of studying and help each person get better at it by implementing these styles in his training; Private sessions, summarizing your reading, group work, etc.

Chelsey was a caring trainer. She made the process fun and enjoyable. She explained each subject matter delicately and ensured the class comprehended her teaching as she proceed. Her goal was always to set up her trainees for the best.

Valdet is incredible. He facilitates conversations in ways that team members can lead themselves on their own journey of self discovery and have that "lightbulb" moment. He is entertaining, very funny but makes everyone comfortable in his classes. I highly suggest reaching out to Valdet.

Michelle is a true leader of the group and commands respect and attention the moments she walks into the room. She obviously has the knowledge and background needed to assist Rocket Mortgage training students as they attempt to absorb the concepts and facts needed to pass SAFE. Her tricks for memorizing Reg Z and Reg T helped me on at least 20 questions for SAFE when I went blank.
