Valdet is the most engaging trainer I have ever had from a journey class. He knows how to have fun, ask fun questions, but always asking the tough and challenging questions to help the learning process at the same time. Always good to learn from another good fellow trainer. :)

I've now had the pleasure of attending 2 of Valdet's trainings, and I LOVE spending time in the room with him. He always brings a fantastic attitude, a smile, and makes everyone laugh! I enjoyed Ian's training strategies. He understood how to help each trainee find the best studying strategy that works best for them. He encourage earlier to find a niche style of studying and help each person get better at it by implementing these styles in his training; Private sessions, summarizing your reading, group work, etc.

Valdet is incredible. He facilitates conversations in ways that team members can lead themselves on their own journey of self discovery and have that "lightbulb" moment. He is entertaining, very funny but makes everyone comfortable in his classes. I highly suggest reaching out to Valdet.
