I greatly enjoyed Wink because he doesn't just teach info, but gives examples of his own personal experiences to teach the information. Which I greatly enjoy compared to just a PowerPoint. Plus Wink was always available before and after class for any questions.

She led/taught/answered questions from a group of around 50 people for 2 hours every day, that's a tough task...especially with some of the characters we had in our training class!
