Michelle Harrison is the WORST bar none. This stone cold monster whose Management style & People skills could not be worse, is either in this business too long or she needs an intensive immersion course in human interactions and communication. She behaved like a Bully, and could not have made the short time training for Rocket Mortgage any more miserable.

Heather is an exceptional leader, she brought some much needed levity and inspiration to help engage her students through turbulent and stressful periods in training. Always enjoyed the inspirational videos she used to get us into the right work ethic for the day, and the positivity she brought out of people was tangible.
