Additionally, Jillian has continually made it clear that she'll continue to be a resource as our careers grow here at Rocket Mortgage.

Wink is the man! But seriously, Matt has been an absolute pleasure to have as a trainer. I don't think anybody else would be able to keep an entire classroom engaged the way he did. He makes it fun and exciting. I looked forward to going to training everyday because of Wink. One of the most knowledgeable, charismatic, and positive personalities in the building.

She seems to know everything that is Rocket Mortgage and is a wealth of knowledge. Every encounter I've had with her has been great. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

Overall had an absolutely wonderful experience with Winkowski. He took his time with his class, as well as explained to us difficult concepts to a great extent. Between his open positive mindset, and teach techniques, he made the experience easy and very fun. I would highly recommend Matt for any future training positions/classes, as I know his level of execution for greatness is one of a kind.

Learned a lot in my time with Matt, excellent teacher and friend. His method of teaching is very unique and unlike anyone else I've had. Matt uses real life events to explain certain situations which made the topic very relatable and easy to understand. He is also open to having a 1 on 1 talk with you if needed, amazing person.
