I enjoyed Ian's training strategies. He understood how to help each trainee find the best studying strategy that works best for them. He encourage earlier to find a niche style of studying and help each person get better at it by implementing these styles in his training; Private sessions, summarizing your reading, group work, etc.

Michelle is a true leader of the group and commands respect and attention the moments she walks into the room. She obviously has the knowledge and background needed to assist Rocket Mortgage training students as they attempt to absorb the concepts and facts needed to pass SAFE.
